Click the "Store" button to store all currently set parameters on your PC or PG. You can
select the name and storage location of the file yourself.
Note
File with prefix "AUP:" or "RESET:"
All the parameters that represent expert parameters are given the "AUP:" prefix in the file
when they are written.
All parameters that were set in communications mode or using Reset are given the
"RESET:" prefix in the file when they are written.
Click the "Load" button to reload the parameters from the saved file.
Click the "Factory Default" button to reset the reader to the factory settings.
Note
Changed parameters are lost
All changed parameters in the active parameter set on the reader and on the user
interface are reset to the factory settings.
Two parameter sets are stored on the reader. Using the drop-down list, you can read out,
write and save different parameter sets (0 and 2). To be able to process a parameter set
with the diagnostics tool, you need to select the parameter set from the drop-down list
and then click the "Read" button.
Click the "Read" button to read out all the parameters from the reader and enter them in
the display boxes.
Click the "Write" button to transfer changed parameters to the reader.
Note
Parameters not permanently overwritten
Parameters that were set using "init_run" in PLC mode are NOT stored retentively on the
reader, not even after clicking the "Store" button. With the next "init_run", the data is
overwritten again. This applies to the parameters "Distance Limiting (Power)", "Multitag",
"InitQ", "ETSI Channels" and "Black List".
Click the "Store" button to save the parameters permanently on the reader.
