INTRODUCTION

This remote control system offers the user a 110-120 VAC powered multi-purpose remote control to be used with AC
powered products such as lamps, heaters, fans, electric fireplaces, lighting and pump motors used for decorative ponds/
waterfalls from up to 30 feet away.
Transmitter

CODE SETTING

On the back of all transmitters are code switches with pre-set codes from
the factory. The transmitter will operate with the receiver as is without
setting new codes. However if you are installing more than one 1315G
in a home a different code must be set to prevent interference another
transmitter. There are 255 set able security codes. Simply use a small
screwdriver to change the codes.
If you change codes, write code and room location below and keep for
future use.

BATTERY INSTALLATION

The transmitter operates on (1) 3-volt button cell lithium battery (included). Remove the
battery holder down by sliding the tab at the bottom of the transmitter down and out.
Install the battery with the + side up. Then slide the battery holder back into the
transmitter. See drawing at the right.

INSTALLATION AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL OR OPERATE
The transmitter has ON and OFF functions that are activated by
pressing either button on the face of the transmitter. When a button on
the transmitter is pressed, a signal light on the transmitter
illuminates briefly to verify that a signal has been sent.
transmitter also has (2) code switches located on the back that will need
to be set before installation. Note: See Code Setting section.
The receiver plugs directly into a polarized 110-120 VAC grounded
receptacle. Then an AC powered appliance is plugged directly into the
receiver which is controlled by the transmitter (remote control). In
addition the receiver has an indicator light verifying power to the
receiver.
Receiver
If an extension cord is required, only use a (Model 18SPT-3) cord
consisting with an appropriate temperature rating for the intended use.
Both ends of the extension cord must be grounded and
polarized. An extension cord can be purchased from your appliance
dealer.
