4.3.2 Removing the Unit from the Skid Using Rigging

1. Remove the panels from the unit, and remove the 4 bolts attaching the unit to the skid. They
are inside unit base as shown in Figure 4.3 on page 23.
2. Place slings under the unit using the spaces provided between the skid deck boards. Use the
center of gravity indicators on the unit to determine the position of the slings as shown in
Figure 4.5 below.
NOTE: The unit is shown without packaging. You may refer to these steps to move the unit with
rigging while the outer packaging is in place.
