GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION This equipment is designed and sold for commercial use only, and is intended for use by personnel trained and experienced in its operation. This is not sold for consumer use in and around the home nor for use directly by the general public in food service locations. Before using your new equipment, read and understand all the instructions and labels associated with the unit prior to putting it into operation. - Page 7 WIRING Models may be wired for operation in the field for either 1-phase or 3-phase power supplies by making line connections at the junction box located at the rear of the unit as described on the phase diagram. 336, 348, 360, and 372 models are recommended to be wired for 3-phase operation. 360 and 372 models are supplied with two junction boxes.

WIRING DIAGRAM 208 V and 240 V version 336S 324S 348S is the same with one additional section with the power SERVICE CONNECTIONS connections being 7 and 8. THREE PHASE SINGLE PHASE MODEL 360S griddles will use two connections with C1 being the same as one 336S and C2 being the same as one 324S. -
