Mixer
The "Mixer" pane is where you can edit the mixer settings. The ENC 1202 provides 8
stereo mixers. Their settings are displayed and can be edited on the "Mix 1"~"Mix 8" tabs.
All tabs use the same structure and provide the same functions.
Parameters of the Selected Mixer
Mute
Allows you to mute (ON, orange) or activate (OFF) the selected mixer (Mixer 1 in our
example).
Master Volume
The mixer's output level can be attenuated (–91dB~0dB) using the fader (in steps of
0.5dB). The value field to the right of the fader allows you to enter more precise values (in
steps of 0.1dB).
Peak Level
The "Peak Level (L)" and "Peak Level (R)" meters show the current levels of the left and
right channels.
The audio signal's current level is displayed in orange on a scale ranging from –∞dBFS
(corresponds to –126dBFS) to 0dBFS.
Parameters for the Mixer Channels
SOURCE
Displays the source of the corresponding mixer channel. By default, no sources are
assigned to the mixers (NC).
The 16 sources are the same for all 8 mixers and can be defined on the "SOURCE" page
(see "I/O", p. 40).
