System Restore

Restore Contractor Default settings and restore original
Factory Default settings.
Turn the dial to System Restore.

Contractor Defaults

Restore settings that were saved using the Save Contractor
Defaults feature.

NOTE: Current settings are overwritten.

Select Contractor Defaults.

Press RESTORE to restore the Contractor Defaults.

The following screen is displayed while the controller
reconfigures.
• When the restore is complete, the display returns to the
RESTORE SETTINGS menu.

Factory Defaults

Restore the original factory default settings.

NOTE: All current zone settings are erased. Any settings
saved using Save Contractor Defaults are NOT affected.

Select Factory Defaults.
B
Press RESTORE to restore the Factory Defaults.

The following warning is displayed; press RESTORE.
D
The following screen is displayed while the controller
reconfigures.
E
When the restore is complete, the option to switch
programming modes is displayed.
F
Select the desired programming mode and begin
programming the controller per the mode selected.
>> For Simple Smart mode, go to page 11.
>> For Advanced ET mode, go to page 21.
