3.4 Identifying Points on the Graph

To identify a point on the graph the user can select a point on the graph by clicking the mouse
pointer any where on the graph page, see below Figure 31 . Doing this will update the display
area at the top of the SpAn screen Figure 31
Light Intensity (y-axis).

3.5 Saving/Loading Spectral Data File Sets

To aid quick recall of a reading or set of readings once loaded the user can save the
filename set this can be done by selecting File
below (Figure 32 ). This will bring up a standard Windows Save As window. The user can
navigate to an area of their choice and enter a file name that best describes the file set, shown
in Figure 32 .
Once saved the file set name will be displayed at the bottom of the screen, Figure 32 , where
previously No File Loaded was displayed.
