12. Once the cables, retainer, and screw have been removed, hold the optical
drive along the edge nearest the cable connectors, then gently lift the
drive out of the optical bay.
Caution: take care to avoid snagging or pulling the cables that were
disconnected in earlier steps. They can tear easily if they catch on the
corners of the drive as you lift it out of the chassis.
Note: the appearance of your drive and optical bay may vary slightly.
