30” 36” and 48” Staging Cabinets Model No. 2343, 2344, 2344HO, 2345 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Controls and Their Functions POWER SWITCH Two position, ON/OFF lighted rocker switch. Left Hand Power Switch (all Models) - supplies power to the cabinet lighting, and to the left hand blower and heat control. - Page 7 30” 36” and 48” Staging Cabinets Model No. 2343, 2344, 2344HO, 2345 Operating Instructions 1. Load unit with popped popcorn. The popcorn should be sifted in the popper prior to loading into the Staging Cabinet. DO NOT fill above the cold air return vents, this will obstruct air flow and may allow pieces of popcorn to fall into air duct or in front of the interior front glass (if applicable).

1. Turn machine OFF, unplug unit and allow it to cool before attempting to clean. 2. Clean all pans/accessories in order to sanitize them before each use. 3. Clean mirror finish surfaces and glass panels with glass cleaner. Gold Medal Watchdog Glass Cleaner (Item No. 2588) is recommended. -
