Check all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly items listed above.

Check all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual items listed above.
Check specific gravity, electrolyte level, and on-
charge voltage.
Check for proper operation (See Performance Inspec-
tion, Page 16). Check brake pedal free play. Clean,
and adjust as necessary (See Carryall Maintenance
& Service Manual).
Check brake shoes, replace if necessary.
Lubricate slide plates with graphite (See Carryall
Maintenance & Service Manual).
Check for cracked or worn insulation.
Check condition of contacts and wire connections;
Make sure connections are tight.
Check and adjust as required (See Carryall
Maintenance & Service Manual).
Lubricate per Electric Vehicle Lubrication Chart on
Page 44.
Check for proper operation, remove cover and inspect
for wear and damage ( See Carryall Maintenance &
Service Manual).
Perform discharge test.
Check motor brushes; replace as necessary.
Inspect and check for free play; repack with chassis
lube and adjust as necessary.
Check/fill transaxle to plug level (See Electric Vehicle
Lubrication Chart on Page 44).
Lubricate per Electric Vehicle Lubrication Chart
on Page 44.
