Section 2 - Operation: Daily Start-Up Instructions
System Daily Start-Up
1.
Uncoil hose.
2.
Check desiccant dryer beads to insure they are
still purple and have not changed to pink.
3.
Check and lube top of the fluid section.
Wipe off residual material
and add a tablespoon of
DOP or materail suppliers
reccommended lubricant.
4.
Check material screens at the gun and transfer
pumps.
5.
Start the drum mixer and it run to material suppliers
specifications. (20-30 minutes)
6.
Turn on the hose controller and set the temperature
according to material suppliers specifications.
7.
Once the hose temperature reaches desired set point,
It's ok to turn on the primary heaters and set tempera-
ture to material suppliers specifications.
8.
Depress yellow slide valve to open main air to gun
and transfer pumps.
9.
Flip retract switch to "run"
