Preparing heater

Only on vehicles with engine code letters:
AMF!
Discard section X
Cut heat protection hose in half, compress
and push onto hose B and E .
b = 1050mm
c = 210mm
e = 730mm
d = 40mm
Discard section X
a = 210mm
Vehicles BNV and BNM
Discard section X
Compress heat protection hose and push
onto hose D .
a = 930mm
b = 210mm
d = 880 mm
c = 40 mm
All vehicles
Remove heater cover 1 and replace cable of
circulating pump with wiring harness exten-
sion. The spring clips will be reused.
