ENGINE

VARIOMATIC DISC WITH FAN INSTALLATION

1. Push up the disc with fan (1).
2. Tighten the nut (2).
NOTE
Stick in the nut (2).
VARIOMATIC COVER INSTALLATION
1. Install the variomatic cover in reverse order.

CAUSE
The triangle belt is worn out
The driven face is worn
The clutch friction plate is worn
The clutch spring plate is broken
The triangle belt is worn out

The surface of the driving pulley is stained
The friction-plate spring of clutch is broken out.
