Proceed as follows to remove this type of SFP:

Put the fibers away from the transceiver.

Move the bail upwards (see figure below).

Result:

moved a bit out of its latch.

Grip the SFP transceiver with your fingers and pull it out.

Important! Do not pull the bail to get the transceiver out, as it might be torn away

from the SFP.
