8.2.4 Fault Reports
8.2.4.1 Balance Fault
The detector has failed to balance the head - call Lock Inspection.
Format: {time-stamp} Fault - BALANCE FAULT
8.2.4.2 Photocell Error
One of the photocells has been blocked for a longer time than specified in the
blocked photocell delay (set from the engineer's menu). Remove the blockage or
increase the photocell delay.
Format: {time-stamp} Fault - PHOTOCELL ERROR
8.2.4.3 Reject System Failed
The reject check is enabled and the reject system has failed to operate. Check the
reject system.
Format: {time-stamp} Fault - REJECT SYSTEM FAIL
8.2.4.4 No Reject into Bin
Note: This feature is only applicable to conveyorised systems.
The system reject check is enabled and the photocell has not detected a product
entering the reject bin within the delay specified.
Format: {time-stamp} Fault - NO REJECT INTO BIN
8.2.4.5 Auxiliary Input Failed
Note: Not used on the Pharmaceutical detector.
The auxiliary input has been activated. This can have several uses and results in
one of the following messages:

Format: {time-stamp} Fault - AIR FAILURE
Format: {time-stamp} Fault – BLOCKAGE
Format: {time-stamp} Fault - FLAP FAULT
Format: {time-stamp} Fault - BIN FULL
