Connection Offload Policies (COP)

Connection Offload Policies (COP) are policies applicable to offloaded connections that are
created through TOM driver. COP compiles offload policies into a simple program using BPF,
and that generated byte code can be loaded into the kernel and interpreted. These offload
policies are used to determine the settings to be used for various connections based on
matching filter specifications with program rules.
The following section explains the method to create and apply COP.
1. If not done already, load NIC and TOE drivers:
[root@host~]# kldload if_cxgbe
[root@host~]# kldload t4_tom
