3.7.3 Changing LAN IP addresses and DHCP server IP.

Change default IP of LAN and DHCP from 192.168.1.0/24 to 192.168.16.0/24 for C251_Office_6.
Click "change LAN configuration" to continue. Don't click "Save Setting" button at this point.
