Legacy OS Redirection Resolution
This feature controls the number of rows and columns supported by redirection on legacy
operating systems. The options are 80x24 or 80x25
Putty KeyPad
This feature controls Putty KeyPad support. The options are VT100, LINUX, XTERMR6,
SCO, ESCN, and VT400.
Redirection After BIOS POST
This feature controls when redirection is enabled. The 'BootLoader' option disables
redirection until after booting to legacy operating system. The options are Always Enable
or BootLoader.
SOL (Disabled)
Console Redirection - Port Is Disabled
Legacy Console Redirection
Legacy Serial Redirection Port
This feature controls which COM port to display redirection of legacy operating systems and
OPROM messages. The options are COM1 or 'SOL (Disabled)'.
Serial Port for Out-of-Band Management/Windows Emergency Management Services
(EMS)
Console Redirection
This feature enables console redirection for EMS. The options are Unchecked or Checked.
*The submenu below controls the specifics of how data is exchanged between the host and
remote computer.
Console Redirection Settings
Out-of-Band Mgmt Port
This feature controls which port will be used for Out-of-Band (Windows Server) Management.
The options are COM1 or SOL (Disabled).
Terminal Type
This feature controls which terminal type is used for Out-of-Band Management. The
preferred type is VT-UTF8, then VT100+, then VT100. The options are VT100, VT100+,
VT-UTF8, and ANSI.
