Redefine characters in the currently selected mode. For each character defined, you
must supply 12 bytes of data.
s1 is the first byte that describes the character format:
•
Bits 0 to 3 represent the end position in the grid.
•
Bits 4 to 6 represent the start position in the grid.
•
Bit 7 determines whether the character uses the top eight pins or the bottom eight
pins of the printhead. If bit 7 = 0, the top eight pins are used. If bit 7 = 1, the bottom
eight pins are used. The start and end positions are ignored during character
imaging, but must be accurate to redefine the character code.
k1 is the character code of the first character to redefine.
k2 is the character code of the last character to redefine.

Range for k1 k2 is 0 to 255, as any character in that range can be redefined.

k1 can equal k2 if only one character is redefined.
d1 ... d11 is the data that comprises the dot image pattern of the defined character.

User-defined characters can be used only in draft mode.
When Expand Printable Code Area is active, and the user-defined character set is
selected by Select User-Defined Character Set, then codes less than 20h and greater
than 7Fh can be defined for use and are printable.
When Enable Printing of Codes 128-159 is active, and the user-defined character set is
selected by Select User-Defined Character Set, then codes between 80h and 9Fh can
be defined for use and are printable.
