If set up by your Service Provider it is possible to accelerate
the transmission by using the Multi-Slot Packet Data (MSPD)
Service (refer to Packet Data" on page 148.).

Dual Control Head

The Dual Control Head feature allows you to have two
Control Heads: Master and Slave, which have the same
functionalities, except the WAP service and the Remote
Programming. Both displays contain the same information.
All of the radio functionality is available only when the Master
is on.
If this feature is enabled by your Service Provider, one of the
icons is displayed all the time.
Check with your Service Provider default accessory
selections and the radio behaviour for all types of calls as
each Control Head can have different setup.
Master Single Control Head Mode
This mode occurs when the connection between the Master
and Slave was not established upon power up and when
Slave was switched off. Icon
Slave Standalone Mode
It is related to Slave Control Head when
the Master Control Head is turned off. In
this mode no radio functionality is

Dual Control Head Link
If the Dual Control Head Link is established between Master
and Slave Control Head, the icon
