To deactivate the TXI Mode, e.g. after you have left the area
where transmission is prohibited:
1. From the main menu, select More... > Networks > TXI
Mode.
2. Select Deactivate.
The MTM800E sounds the "Transmit Inhibit" tone and exits
TXI.

Packet Data

This menu item allows to display
statistical values related to a packet data
connection. If Multi Slot Packet Data
Service is enabled by your Service
Provider the screens present information
about
• Amount of sent data,
• Amount of received data,
• Bandwidth of the data session
• Data encryption status.
Data services are only available in TMO. The data option must
be set to Voice&Data or Data Only. (Refer to "Setting Up the
Data Function" on page 121.).
Viewing Sent Data Statistics
1. Select Sent Data in the Packet Data sub-menu.
The number of KBytes sent since
current packet data activation is
displayed. Additionally the throughput
is shown:
