    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Tool: Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver S13, S14, S15 1. Front and Rear Stabilizers Installation Insert both M10 Adjustable Levelers (53) into the threaded holes on the underside of the Rear Stabilizer (57). Turn both M10 Adjustable Levelers (53) by hand in a clockwise direction until snug.
  • Page 9 Tool: Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver S13, S14, S15 Multi Hex Tool S10, S13, S17, S19 2. Seat Post, Seat Cushion, and Seat Sliding Tube Installation Slide the Seat Post Cover (58) onto the tube of the Main Frame (41). Insert the Seat Post (11) into the Bushing (18) on the tube of the Main Frame (41) and then attach the Round Knob (63) onto the tube of the Main Frame (41) by turning it in a clockwise direction with the Multi Hex Tool provided to lock the Seat Post (11) in the suitable position.

Handlebar Post and Tension Control Knob Installation Remove one M8x15 Bolt (22), one Ø20xØ8 Curve Washer (30), four M8x10 Bolts (15) and four Ø16xØ8x1.5 Washers (16) from the Main Frame (41). Remove bolts with the 6mm Allen Wrench provided.

Handlebar, Computer, and Foot Pedal Installation Remove two M8x15 Bolts (22) and two Ø16xØ8 Curve Washers (27) from the Handlebar Post (8). Remove bolts with the 6mm Allen Wrench provided. Insert the Hand Pulse Sensor Wires (2) into the hole on the Handlebar Post (8) and then pull them out of the top end of the Handlebar Post (8).

  • Page 13 DIST (DISTANCE): Displays the accumulative distance travelled during a workout. You may also pre-set a target distance in STOP mode before training. To set DISTANCE press the MODE button until you see the DIST display on the screen. Press the SET button to change the distance.

    ADJUSTMENTS Adjusting the Tension Control Knob To increase the tension, turn the tension control knob in a clockwise direction. To decrease the tension, turn the tension control knob in a counter-clockwise direction. Tension Control Knob Adjusting the Adjustable Leveler Turn the adjustable leveler on the rear stabilizer as needed, to level the upright bike.

    MAINTENANCE Cleaning The upright bike can be cleaned with a soft clean damp cloth. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the upright bike after each use. Be careful not to get excessive moisture on the computer display panel as this might cause an electrical hazard and may cause the electronics to fail.

    WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE The WARM-UP is an important part of any workout. The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body for exercise and to minimize injuries. Warm up for two to five minutes before aerobic exercising. Begin every session by preparing your body for more strenuous exercise by heating up and stretching your muscles, increasing your circulation and pulse rate and delivering more oxygen to your muscles.
  • Page 17 QUADRICEPS STRETCH With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up. Bring your heel as close to your buttocks as possible. Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot. INNER THIGH STRETCH Sit with the soles of your feet together and your knees pointing outward.
