4. Press the Edit soft key, and then scroll down to the Divert Contact field.
5. Enter the number of the party to whom you want to divert the call.

that are performed by your system administrator.
Your SoundPoint IP 450 phone can support up to 3 lines.
Typically, the top-most Line Key is reserved for the principal directory
number (DN) of the phone.
Depending on how your administrator sets up your phone, the screen could
resemble one of the following figures:
