as required (see also the chapter "Selection" Status Menu in the Idle State on
page 123).
Until his call is "unparked", the caller will hear music on hold, provided music
on hold has been configured. If the user does not "unpark" the caller after a
certain amount of time, he will receive an automatic recall if the handset has
been replaced. This automatically "unparks" the caller. If, however, the user is
still making another call and has not hung up, the caller will hear the busy
tone and will be "unparked".
If you program a Unpark call function key, the LED of the key lights up when

5030). On the Forum IPhone 5040 telephone the softkey changes to red. If
you press the feature key, a list of the parked calls is displayed. Select the
desired parked call from the list to unpark the call. Read the Feature Keys
starting on page 106 chapter regarding programming of feature keys.
Information for the system administrator
You can define the length of time after which an automatic recall is
executed in the Configurator > Telephony > Extended > Timer menu
(setting: Timeout for parking).
Parking authorisation is set in the Configurator > User manager > User
groups menu (setting: Park call).

Leaving and Answering a Call-back Request

You can leave a call-back request with a busy internal subscriber.
Press the programmed Menu >>> feature key and select the
Callback menu entry (see also page 125).

Press the programmed Main menu feature key and select
the Connections > Not available > Callback menu entry
(see also page 193).
or
Press the programmed Callback feature key (see also
page 106).
