Information for the system administrator
You can define the length of time after which an automatic recall is
executed in the Configurator > Telephony > Extended > Timer menu
(setting: Timeout for parking).
Parking authorisation is set in the Configurator > User Manager > User
groups menu (setting: Park call).

Leaving and Answering a Call-back Request

You can leave a call-back request with a busy internal subscriber.
Press the programmed Menu >>> feature key and select the
Callback menu entry (see also page 104).
or
Press the programmed Main menu feature key and select
the Connections > Not available > Callback menu entry
(see also page 160).
or
Press the programmed Callback feature key (see also
page 86).
Answering a call-back
Your call-back request is carried out when the other subscriber is free again.

When you hear the signal on your telephone, lift the
handset.
The other subscriber will be called.

Voicebox Queries

Forum Voicemail answering machine is the integrated voicebox system for
the Forum 500 / Forum 5000 communications system. If the system
administrator has configured a voicebox for you, callers can leave messages
for you, even when you cannot be reached at times.
