ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION STEP 1 Attach the front stabilizer (2) to the main frame (1), Secure using two curved washer (16), two Spring Washer (13) and Allen Bolt (15). Attach the rear stabilizer (3) to the main frame (1), Secure using two curved washer (16), two Spring Washer (13) and Allen Bolt (15).

HOW TO CONNECT TENSION CONNECTOR Slide the Cable wire from the extension sensor wire Connector in between the opening on the wire holder on sensor wire Connector. Pull the extension sensor wire Connector backward and slide the wire through the slot on the bracket.

STEP 3 Attach the handlebar (05) to front of the front post (4), secure using one clip (25), one allen bolt (22), one cover for clamp (37), one bushing(19) and one T Type Knob (21). Insert the lower pulse (20) through Grommet (32) on front post (04) and pull the hand pulse wire (20) out of front post (04).

STEP 5 Attach the left and right pedal straps to the left and right pedals (9/10). Attach the left and right pedals (9/10) to the left and right crank arms. Note: The pedals and crank arms are marked with "R" and "L". The left pedal (L) should be threaded on clockwise and the right pedal (R) should be threaded on counter-clockwise.

The Warm Up Phase This stage helps get the blood flowing around the body and the muscles working properly. It will also reduce the risk of cramp and muscle injury.

3. The Cool Down Phase This stage is to let your Cardio-vascular System and muscles wind down. This is a repeat of the warm up exercise e.g. reduce your tempo, continue for approximately 5 minutes. The stretching exercises should now be repeated, again remembering not to force or jerk your muscles into the stretch.
