Make sure you are not in an enclosed area (for example, a room on the first floor of a tall
building, a small area surrounded by tall buildings, or an underground garage) because
tall buildings block the satellite signals. Bring your phone to an outdoor area and enable
the data service to help quickly receive GPS signals. Do not touch the upper right corner
of your phone where the GPS antenna is installed.
Make sure your phone's protective cover is made of plastics or leather instead of metal,
because the metallic protective cover blocks your phone's antenna signals.
Ensure that the network connection is normal, because a slow network speed results in
data loading failure.
Remove your microSD card. Your phone is running the Android 4.4 or advanced
versions and the third-party map application may not have the write right to your
microSD card, so this application can't load map data to your microSD card.
