4.202 How do I know if the noise-reduction headset has
charging problems?
The switch on the headset has two states: ON/OFF.
In ON mode: When charging, the indicator is orange; when charged the indicator is green;
when not charging, the indicator is green; when the headset has no battery, the indicator will
switch off.
In OFF mode: When charging the indicator is red; when charged the indicator will switch off;
when not charging the indicator is off; if the headset has sufficient battery, the indicator
should switch off soon after charging in the OFF state.
4.203 Can I change the subject of a Perfect Selfie shot?
Yes. Open the camera and touch the menu icon to display the settings screen. Touch Perfect
Selfie then Add personal info to customize the photo settings for the person you wish to add.
4.204 Why does the audio stutter when I am playing
downloaded music on my phone?
Check whether your music is stored on the microSD card. If this is the case, it could be a
microSD card compatibility issue that is causing stuttered playback. Try another microSD
card or save music on the internal storage.
If the music is already stored on the internal storage, check whether your phone is running too
many background apps. Close some background apps and try again.
4.205 Why do flashing vertical lines appear on the screen
when I take photos in the dark?
Your camera has been configured to take better photos in dark environments or at night. This
may occasionally cause lines to appear on the screen. We have already released a fix for this
problem. Please make sure you have updated your phone to the latest version.
4.206 Why does my phone switch from full screen to half
screen display when playing videos?
The sensors on your phone are very responsive. Sometimes they can accidentally trigger a
screen rotation, which will cause your phone to leave full screen mode and enter half screen
mode. We are currently working on this issue and will release a fix in future updates.
Temporary solution: It is recommended that you place your phone at a slant when watching
videos or disable Smart Screenshot (this feature also uses the phone's sensors).
