9.4 Adjusting the CO/CO₂ ratio
Danger!
Increased risk of poisoning due to incor-
rect settings!
Incorrect setting may increase the risk of
poisoning. If one of the flue gas values is
greater than the acceptable values then
check:
▶
the integrity of the complete flue gas in-
stallation.
▶
the integrity of the combustion circuit
seals.
▶
the gas inlet working pressure.
▶
the gas flow rate.
1. If the flue gas value at maximum load has to be adjus-
ted:
2. Remove the black cover cap to reach the screw of the
main throttle on gas valve (1).
3. Be sure that the boiler is running in P.1 for full load.

4. Specify the required flue gas value if necessary by turn-
ing the screw of the main throttle (1).

Turn to the left: higher CO₂ concentration

Turn to the right: lower CO₂ concentration.
Note
Only perform the adjustment in increments
of 1/8 turn and wait approximately 1 minute
after each adjustment until the value stabil-
ises.
6. After performing the adjustments, check the CO₂ con-
centration in minimum load.

If the flue gas value in minimum load needs to be adjus-
ted:
Remove the cover cap of the zero point screw (1) on
the gas valve.
Be sure that the boiler is running in P.2 for full mode.

pushed for 15 minutes.

tomer Service Centre.
