Confirms the dialing tone before dialing the subsequent
numbers.

Used when accessing an exchange that makes no dialing
tone. The subsequent numbers are dialed when silence
for five seconds is detected within the time specified
using S7 register. When a dialing tone is detected for five
seconds, NO ANSWER is returned to the personal
computer.

Stops for the time specified using S8 register before
dialing the subsequent numbers.

Makes on-hook temporarily for 0.5 seconds and then
