DIP switches
Note that all DIP switches are set to OFF at the factory. Prior
to changing DIP switch 3 and 4 positions, be sure to turn off
power to the Modem Station
Switch 1: Set to ON when you want to deaden a sound
during line connection.
Switch 2: Set to ON when you want to turn off status
indicator lamps.
Switch 3: Set to ON when you use a terminal adapter.
Switch 4: Used for system setting. Usually, set to OFF.

time you operate the Modem Station.
