Diagnostic Log File
When the User Station does not work properly, you can export the User
Station's diagnostic log file to a connected USB flash drive, and send the
file to the Raritan Technical Support for troubleshooting.
You must have the System Administration permission to perform this
operation.
To download the diagnostic log from the User Station:
1. Make sure your User Station has a USB drive connected.
2. If not displayed, launch the User Station Configuration window. See
User Station Configuration
3. Click Administration > Support. The Support page opens.
4. If the User Station does not detect any USB drive, the Diagnostic
Log File section indicates that there are no USB drives connected.
Then check whether the USB drive is properly connected or plug an
appropriate USB drive, and click Reload to re-detect it.
5. When the User Station detects any connected USB drive(s), the
Diagnostic Log File section shows the name(s) of the detected
one(s). If there are more than one USB drive connected, select the
desired one from the drop-down list, and click "Export to" to export
the diagnostic log.
