DURATION
COMMENT
The scale is at rest and reads zero
weight. The scale is ready to weigh.
The scanner is ready for operation.
Scanning is immediately available.
Indicates a bar code has been read and
decoded.
Indicates the scanner is in Label Pro-
gramming Mode. Cycle power to exit
Programming Mode.
The scanner motor and/or laser have
automatically switched off and the unit
has entered Sleep Mode due to extended
inactivity.
Host has disabled scanning.
Serves notice that a fatal FRU failure has
been detected. Consult the Product Ref-
erence Guide for more details. If a low
tone is heard, but continuous flashing is
not observed, the scanner can still func-
tion in a limited capacity. Call systems
support for service in either case.
Occurs ONLY upon Volume/Tone button
push following an FRU warning indica-
tion. Enables service technicians to
identify FRU failures.
