    4. Outdoor Installation When drawing combustion air from the outdoors, care must be taken to provide adequate freeze protection. Failure to do so could result in property damage and premature product failure. Such damages and failures ARE NOT covered by product warranty. This water heater is designed to draw combustion air through the louver system in the front of the heater cabinet.
