___________________________________________________________________ 1 PolaRx3e Overview 1 PolaRx3e Overview The PolaRx3e family of receivers (PolaRx3e, PolaRx3eTR, PolaRx3eG) incorporates a high performance dual frequency L1/L2 or L1/L5 GNSS engine in a rugged housing. PolaRx3e receivers feature the following interfaces:  2 serial COM ports;...

ON/OFF. When this pin is also connected to the power (9 to 30V), the receiver is always on, regardless of the state of the on/off button. If you are using a different power adaptor than the one provided by Septentrio, make sure that it can sustain a current of 1.5A.

______________________________________________________________________ 3 Internal Logging 3 Internal Logging PolaRx3e receivers contain a 2-GByte SD memory card for internal file logging. Refer to the “How- to…” section of the Firmware User Manual to learn how to use this feature. To prevent data corruption, logging is protected against accidental power outages. There is no need to unmount the SD memory card before switching off the receiver.

The next section explains how to modify the WiPort configuration. The DHCP protocol will fail when the PolaRx3e is connected to a switch using the Spanning-Tree protocol. This protocol is enabled in most modern managed switches. To avoid the problem, it is recommended to put a simple non-managed switch (with no Spanning-Tree protocol) between the PolaRx3e and your main LAN switch.
