Let's get you started
Step 1 - Plugging in the power supply
Plug the power supply into the base unit in the circular port, as per below;
Step 2 - Place the terminal onto the base
Once the terminal is placed on the base, the terminal will automatically
power up.
Step 3 - Going through the installation mode
Once the terminal is placed on the base, the terminal will automatically
power up.
Terminal Installation
Key In Merchant No.
(6 digit number)
and then press ENTER
Type in the Payzone merchant number and then press enter. The machine
will then dial into GEMS.
Once this has been completed the terminal will display the READY prompt
showing the merchant number. Please try a test transaction of 1p to ensure
the terminal is fully installed.
*6 digit Payzone Merchant number can be found on your 'Payzone Welcome'
email.
