Dashboard

This will display all phones/users within your group and allows you to perform multiple
administrative tasks without having to open each individual user accounts.

Phone Tab

This tab shows if the device is online, and how many shared call appearances are
associated with this user. (multiple phones/devices per this user's account)
You will also see what kind of device/phone is associated with this user and see which is
selected as the primary device. This is a good trouble shooting tool to see if the phone is
actually online and registered.

User Tab

This feature will allow you to reset a user's (web portal password) and (Voicemail
Passcode)
