4.1.

Starting ba server

4.1.1. For IPv4 only
Execute the following command to start the ba server only for IPv4:
[root@host~]# ba_server –i ethX
4.1.2. For IPv4 and IPv6
Execute the following command to start the ba server for IPv4 and IPv6:
[root@host~]# ba_server -6 –i ethX

Bypass API (CLI)

A CLI will be created that implements the Bypass API as specified below. This CLI will then
communicate the requests to the SDK server. The API will contain the following elements:
Bypass Management (watchdog, state)
Redirect Management
Bypass management provides a means of setting the watchdog timeout as well as enabling and
disabling it. It allows setting a default state and a current state.
The redirect management element will interface with the SDK server to take the appropriate
actions to manage tables and rules.
4.2.1. Bypass Management
The bypass CLI will have the following syntax:
[root@host~]# bypass ethX get|set --key [value]
