Terminology:

ASI​ ​ i nput,​ ​ a nd​ ​ m ultiplex​ ​ t he​ ​ i ncoming​ ​ s ervice​ ​ o r​ ​ s ervices​ ​ w ith​ ​ i t's​ ​ l ocally​ ​ e ncoded​ ​ s ervice.
