How to format a floppy disk is unclear
Unable to read/write to the hard disk
Execute the following operations after logging on with administrator authority.

Input [c:\util\cpupower\setup.exe] in [start] - [Run], and select [OK].
Follow the on-screen instructions.

Select [Performance] in [start] - [All Programs] - [Panasonic] - [CPU
Idle Setting] and select [OK], then select [Yes].
The computer will be restarted automatically.
• These operations will be helpful in alleviating the loss of data forwarding
performance that results from CPU power saving functions, but will not be
effective against performance losses resulting from other causes.
• These operations will reduce the battery operating time somewhat, so if no
error occurs, we recommend that you return the computer's settings to
[Battery (Windows XP Standard)] in [CPU Idle Setting].
Are you using the Panasonic CF-VFDU03 USB floppy disk drive (optional)?
Has the floppy disk been correctly inserted?
Has the floppy disk been correctly formatted?
Your floppy disk content may be corrupted.
Is the floppy disk write-protected?
Format the floppy disk using the following procedure.
Windows XP
Select [Format] in [start] - [My Computer] - [3.5 Floppy (A:)] - [File]. After
confirming the disk volume and format type, start formatting.
Windows 2000
Select [Format] in [My Computer] - [3 1/2 Floppy (A:)] - [File]. After confirming
the disk volume and format type, start formatting.
Your drive or file may not have been properly set.
Check to see if the hard disk is full. If it is full, delete unnecessary files.
Your hard disk content may be corrupted. Contact your technical support
office.
