18. Fit the valve plate to the body 1.
1) Apply hydraulic oil to the sliding surface
(copper surface) of the valve plate.
2) Applying grease to the back surface (iron
surface) of the valve plate will prevent it
from coming off easily.
19. Combine the body 1 and body 2.
20. Tighten with the hex socket bolt.
Tightening torque of M8 bolt:
28.4~30.4 N⋅m (2.8~3.1 kgf⋅m)
Width across flat of hexagon: 5 mm
When fixing the motor with a vise, protect the
body with aluminum plates, etc.
