Pressure tester special tool

Special tool:
Pressure tester 001 589 83 21 00
On heating systems: open the regulat-
ing valves and shut-off valves.
Remove the coolant expansion tank
cap.
Fit the pressure tester.
Connect the compressed-air hose with
tyre inflator connection to the valve
and build up a test pressure equal to
the cooling system opening pressure.

The cooling system opening pressure
can be determined from the code on
the cap or pressure relief valve.
Example: code 70 = 0.7 bar overpres-
sure.
The cooling system pressure tester has
a built-in pressure relief valve so that a
pressure of 1.2 bar cannot be exceed-
ed.
