Work schedules
Check that both the tensioning device
and the belt pulley are in perfect condi-
tion (e.g. check for worn bearings on
the tensioning device, tensioning pul-
ley and guide pulleys as well as for
wear on belt pulleys); replace parts if
necessary.
Lay the poly-V-belt (new) on all belt pul-
leys, except for the tensioning pulley
(see illustrations for poly-V-belt rout-
ing).
Swing the tensioning pulley upwards

using the lever, lay the poly-V-belt on
the tensioning pulley and swing the
tensioning pulley back.
Remove the clamping handle and
check for correct seating of the
poly-V-belt on the belt pulleys.
