    Unpack and remove the device and the accessories from the shipping box. Please inspect the items for any shipping damage. Note that the illustrations shown in this guide apply to all Arista 7000 Family switches, unless stated otherwise.     Use four #8 Philips fl at head screws to attach the long side of the bracket to the switch in one of the three mounting positions (front-mounting, mid-mounting, or rear-mounting). Figure 3-1: Front-Mounting Position © Copyright 2009 Arista Networks, Inc.
