2. Error code based troubleshooting
Cause Solution
Fault board Check setting 22-1-3: T1-T2 NC.
If correct, indoor board fault.
Fault Eeprom Replace board.
Float switch open Check float switch status, drain
during thermo on pipe no blockage, drain pipe raiser
(cooling) < 600 mm.
Fan motor locked Rpm counter no signal from motor
to indoor main board when output.
Fan motor overcurrent Check motor power circuit.
Replace fan motor / indoor board.
Fan motor locked Rpm counter no signal at off
condition.
No detection contact Check swing motor run when
swingmotor output 230VAC.
Check contact position detection
open & close.
EV motor fault Check signal board to expansion
detection valve.
EV body leakage Check temperature coil sensor at
close EV cooling other indoor
Float switch open Check for drain water returning
during thermo off from other indoor, expansion valve
correct closing thermo off.
Communication error Check wire harness connections.

Dust detection sensor Check wire harness connections.

Dust collection error Check for clogging by dust
