Possible Cause
The TD 200 could not find a
parameter block in the programmable
logic controller.

CPU. Refer to Section D.2.
Correct the address errors. Refer to
Section 3.8.
Power up the CPU.
Check the cable connections.
Correct the baud rate configuration.

Remove other CPUs and retry.
