  • Page 8 If the warning lights blink continuously up and down, the joystick was not is neutral position when the power wheelchair was switched off. Turn off the power, release the joystick and again turn on the power. WARNING! If you followed the user’s manual instructions but the warning lights are still blinking, please, contact your dealer.
  • Page 9 Charger socket Charger socket allows to charge the wheelchair by connecting it to power outlet of max 12 A. The charger socket may be also used to connect the programmer which can modify wheelchair settings. Horn button Press the horn button to activate the horn. Driving lights button When you switch on the driving lights, the corresponding light icon will activate.
  • Page 10 Controller adjustment It is possible to adjust the controller position to individual needs. Loosen the regulation screw (3), choose required controller position and tighten the screw. The controller may be placed on the right or left armrest. Motor clutch The wheelchair is equipped with two clutch levers which allow you to disengage the drive motors and maneuver the wheelchair manually.

    6. BATTERY & CHARGING The wheelchair is equipped with two 12 V, gel, maintenance-free batteries. The batteries are sealed so there is no need to check the electrolyte lever. WARNING! Use standard, 3-pin grounded plug and grounded socket. Never use the extension cord. While charging the battery, never use the same socket for other purposes.
  • Page 12 Battery removal In order to remove the batteries, pull out the battery box. The battery is equipped with overload protector which automatically disconnects a load when current exceeds a predeterminated value. When the motor is overloaded, the overload protector will spring up and disconnect a load. If the motor is overloaded, the motor power is being reduced and the wheelchair speed diminish till the motor and electronic control panel reach admissible temperature.
