Initial Ink Charge Function

This function forcibly charges black ink into the printer's ink system. The customer needs to
perform this function after the printer is transported from the servicer back to the customer,
because the black ink cartridge is not mounted on the printer during transport. The function is the
same as the one the customer performs when the printer is new.
