Add
Tap the Add button located in the main screen

or top right corner of the calendar view to add
a new event.

Log in using your Exchange email account
and password. Skip to step 3 if you have a
Google account.

Log in using your Google email account

and password.

Select meeting information including Room Name,
Meeting Title, Start and Ending time/date.
Once selected click Add.

Clicking OK to the confirmation message will
AUTOMATICALLY return you to the main screen.
