Testing Your Wireless Network Connection

Perform the following test to verify that your wireless network is set up properly and all the devices
were connected properly.
1. If you installed the SBG6782 using the wired Ethernet connection option, disconnect the Ethernet
cable from the rear of the gateway and your computer.
2. Open a web browser on your computer, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome, or
Safari.
3. Type a valid URL (www.motorola.com) in the address bar and click or press Enter.
If the web page did not open, see
your service provider for assistance.
